Siamo stati 10 giorni ad agosto e devo dire che non ci e’ mai capitato di trovare la “perfezione” , fatta da personale eccezionale, qualificato, attento ad usaudire ogni desiderio, il tutto ad un solo scopo: far star bene e in piena libertà il cliente e sempre con il sorriso sui loro volti, a partire dal proprietario, dal manager, receptionist fino a finire al personale delle pulizie. Il personale della spiaggia fantastico, capeggiato da Angelo, al quale va un ringraziamento particolare, e a due persone splendide e speciali quali Dyonisis e Sophie, pronti ad esaudire qualsiasi nostra richiesta. Grazie di cuore per averci fatto vivere in piena libertà una vacanza speciale! Speriamo di rivederci! Un saluto anche dalla nostra barboncina Zoe!

Wir haben ein paar wunderbare Tage im Hotel verbracht. Leider war bei unserer Buchung als 4-köpfige Familie die Zimmerzuteilung nicht wie von uns gewünscht. Nach kurzer Rücksprache mit den Verantwortlichen des Hotels wurde uns ohne Aufpreis eine Crystal Water Villa zugeteilt. Dies war eine extrem nette und für uns nicht erwartete Geste des Hotels. Das gesamte Hotel ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Das Zimmer war super ausgerüstet mit allem Komfort den man sich wünschen kann, die Betten sehr bequem. Das Frühstück jeden Tag sehr lecker. Das Personal verdient eine spezielle Erwähnung. Alle Hotelangestellten sind sehr, sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen! Exceptional service here. Welcome drink on arrival, complementary breakfast, and a small gift on departure. And we only stayed one night! Very friendly staff, lovely pool, great beach location, and very reasonably priced lunch by the beach. Highly recommend.

We stayed at this hotel in Crete for our honeymoon and had the most amazing experience! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect, the view is absolutely stunning, and the hotel itself is beautiful and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special — everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout. They upgraded our room for our honeymoon and surprised us with a lovely present, delicious local treats, romantic decorations, and even gave us a special fare. It truly made us feel welcomed and celebrated. Breakfast is à la carte and can be included in the fare. Everything we tried was delicious and beautifully presented. On our last day, we had to check out early (at 6:30 AM), and they thoughtfully left us a breakfast in our fridge — complete with a fantastic sandwich, fruit, croissants, travel waters, coffee, and tea. Such a kind and personal touch! There’s also a parking area attached to the hotel, which was very convenient for us. If I could give them 20 stars, I would! I’d recommend this place a hundred times over. It’s the perfect spot for a romantic getaway or just to enjoy Crete in the best possible way. Thank you for everything!

Que dire sinon que tout est parfait, neuf, personnel très agréable chambre design et fonctionnelle avec vue mer juste à côté même au rez de chaussée. Accueil super sympa avec un petit verre offert ! Le petit déjeuner à la carte très bon et copieux. Plage aménagée et transat à disposition. Vraiment agréable j’y retournerai volontiers.

Great hotel. The staff is amazing - welcoming, very friendly, and helpful. We had a perfect three-room maisonette with a small pool and terrace, very clean and comfortable. Right on the beach, with plenty of restaurants and shops around. Would definitely recommend.

Such a wonderful experience! The beach is beautiful, and we walked along it every day. The hotel is a gem in Agia Marina! It is small enough that it's intimate, but it has a big beach area with abundant lounge chairs and umbrellas, a small lovely restaurant which extends service to the beach, with attention to every detail. We opted to eat breakfast and lunch on the beach most days. The food was wonderful and so was the incredible staff who felt like family. They truly make the experience so special, and full of beautiful Greek energy! We spent 6 days in the new building. We had a 2 story ocean front suite, and we watched the sunset with our daughters from our balcony every night. Both bedrooms face the beach with their own balcony, and the layout of the rooms was clearly built to maximize the magical view. You can walk to lots of restaurants at night. There is a free private parking lot which made it easy to leave any time we wanted to explore the island. We will definitely be back! Big gratitude to Sofia, Giorgos, Aggelos, Bayazid, Manolis, and Melina for such a special stay!

We stayed at Vergina Hotel for a few days, and I absolutely loved it. The beach is beautiful, with an easy entrance into the water, delicious food, and excellent service. But the true highlight of this hotel is the incredibly kind and welcoming staff — the friendliest I’ve ever encountered. They’re always ready to help and make sure you feel comfortable and cared for. Amazing stay at this boutique hotel. The staff are v attentive and helpful. They helped out from arranging transfers from airport to recommending restaurants and helping out on booking a boat trip. Location perfect also. Rooms and cleaned every day and breakfast is amazing. Will definitely return back.
